Project Overview

South Beach Tower Office, part of Singapore’s iconic mixed-use South Beach development, has embarked on a major energy optimisation initiative as part of its commitment to sustainability.

In partnership with Resync, and supported by the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Buildings Innovation Cluster (GBIC) 2.0 Demonstration Programme, the project focuses on optimising Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems using AI-powered technology.

This initiative plays a key role in helping South Beach achieve its ambitious goal of 75% overall energy efficiency improvement, in alignment with the Green Mark 2021 In Operation (Super Low Energy) certification target.
